1. Acceptance

By accessing desktopsummitpath.click or booking a session with Desktopsummitpath Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide dormant wallet review sessions, seed phrase verification audits, and annual hold planning consultations. These are educational and facilitative services. We do not custody digital assets, execute transactions, provide investment recommendations, or guarantee recovery of lost credentials.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts under South Korean law. By booking a session, you confirm you are the authorised holder or have permission from the holder to participate.

4. Intellectual property

All checklist materials, website content, and session documentation templates are owned by Desktopsummitpath Co., Ltd. You may retain copies of session summaries provided to you for personal use. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our materials without written consent.

5. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the security of your devices and backups during sessions, and compliance with applicable laws governing your holdings. You must not use our services for unlawful activity.

6. Session conduct

In-person sessions require punctual arrival at our Busan office. Remote sessions require a stable internet connection and a private environment. We may terminate a session if security practices are compromised (e.g., screen sharing in a public space).

7. Fees and payment

Fees are listed on our Rates page. Payment terms are communicated at booking. Late cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, Desktopsummitpath Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services, including loss of assets, loss of access to wallets, or errors in holder-maintained records.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desktopsummitpath Co., Ltd. and its staff from claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or unauthorised representation of our services.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Busan, South Korea.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
