Extended case: the Han family review
The Han family held assets across two Trezor devices and a steel backup capsule stored at a relative’s apartment in Daegu. They had not conducted a joint review since 2022, when the eldest son added a passphrase.
We scheduled a dormant wallet review at our Nam-gu office with both parents present. The six-step checklist surfaced two issues: the steel capsule’s engraving used an older word-numbering convention, and the son’s passphrase note referenced a BIP39 word list edition that differed from the one printed in the family binder.
Neither issue required immediate fund movement. The session produced a revised label sheet and a shared gap list the family agreed to address before their next annual review in October.
Extended case: remote review for an overseas holder
A Busan-born holder living in Singapore requested a remote dormant wallet review. We shipped a printed checklist in advance and conducted the session over an encrypted video call.
The holder verified addresses on screen while we guided the sequence. The main finding was an unlabelled change address from a 2021 transfer that had never been recorded in their ledger. They updated their spreadsheet during the call and emailed us a confirmation photo of the revised page.
Remote sessions follow the same checklist structure as in-person reviews. Pricing is identical; only the format differs.
