Session bookings: Name, email, phone number, pre-session questionnaire responses about your storage layout (device types and counts, not seed phrases or private keys).
Website usage: If you accept analytics cookies, anonymised page views and referral sources via privacy-respecting analytics.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information in server logs for security purposes.

We do not sell personal data. We do not request or store seed phrases, private keys, or wallet balances.
Legal basis

Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Session questionnaires are deleted 90 days after your session. Server logs are retained for 12 months.

International transfers
Our website is hosted on servers that may process data outside South Korea. We ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law when data crosses borders.

Security
